8. I have noticed that whenever I get stressed, I lose a lot of hair. How can I prevent this from happening?

You will have to address the cause of your stress. A good counsellor or hypnotherapist will be able to help you with this (see Useful Addresses in the Useful Links section). At the same time, you can start supporting your body by avoiding eating certain foods (see also Question 10 and diet), by taking supplements that help your body and mind calm down (supplements) and by doing some visualisations (see positive thinking).
